Possible explanation addressing that 4.7M share disparity ...
Dr. Ivan Gulas took the CEO position in January ... announced January 23 ... and he agreed to be compensated via Shares ONLY !! ... Maybe a deal was worked where he received shares just after the first of the year ... like the first week of January.
