I have been around since THCZ and I have seen the stock behave like this, even with good news. 17 million shares is not a few people buying and selling. That is a lot of new buys and sells. Some are day traders and some are newbies who can be easily spooked. Regardless, that kind of volume bodes well long term.
Those who do their research will find that the naysayers have been wrong at every point. RMHB and it's leadership have shown time and time again that they are serious about growing this company. From delivering financials to uplisting to the deal with Ms. Li, the leadership has done all it can to provide projections and reassurances to the TRUE longs.
Up and down days will happen, that's OTC volatility, but the long term course is set. Onward and Upward: RMHB!!
