When GULAS closes the PARAMOUNT deal then we'll
find out if they had to issue more shares to close that
deal.
But my suspicions are they won't have too because
GULAS has found a way with the combination of the
new SWIG/NTEK tech alliance to make a revenue
sharing deal with PARAMOUNT where its a WIN WIN
for both and GULAS won't have to put up any upfront
money for it like they did last time around.
