How do you agree with the valuation when you don't even know what they have? I mean the appraiser hasn't even completed his review.

For Solaris's own filings they never booked a valuation. All of sudden it's now worth 10's of millions? Few customers seemingly are interested in the technology as it's hard pressed to find anyone utilizing it besides a few golf courses in the desert.

Guess we will have to wait long for the PM financials.
