How anyone can leap to the conclusion that a "potential valuation" amount, before the appraisal is even done, automatically means that the assets will sell for $30-40 million?.
SPCL has had these same assets for a few years yet not once have they been valued on their balance sheet?
Personally I think the company needs to raise more cash in order to pay their stock based compensation to their remaining employees.
Lastly just because a valuation will be assigned in no ways guarantees that a potential buyer will pay anywhere close to that valuation. Because any smart buyer would hire their own appraiser to do the same thing.
