I totally agree with what you're saying. I actually posted the other day about the same things you just posted about. Slow and Steady wins the race for sure.
Having a big spike sounds good but just like you said and as I know from past experiences more often than not they go back down at a very alarming rate for sure! So SLOW AND STEADY WINS THE RACE FOR SURE!!!
