I disagree. Audited financials will prove beyond any doubt that the company is way undervalued thus making it enticing for investors (ESPECIALLY large investors) to buy up all the shares they can get creating much more value for the company. Audited financials tell you exactly how much the company is worth, and anyone with half a brain would buy at the FACT that share price should be much higher than it is now, not the SPECULATION that it "might be" worth more than current PPS.
