There are plenty of audited companies in the OTC that are still in the dumpster.
TPAC and PSID are two, and there a lot more.
Audits have done nothing to help with them getting better financing deals. Toxic lenders still lend them money and then try to short them into the ground.
So, as much as it would be nice, it probably wont help the company at this stage of development. Other priorities.
More important to have a product or service that generates revenue so you can pay for them.
