IR UPDATE- Replies were received in less than 2 hours. Per # 7 -NO AUDITS THIS YEAR!
>1. David Foley on his recent Feb. 2017 blog indicated he has 1400 movie titles in the library ready to be re-mastered. Please advise some of the studios these titles are from.

>>2. Why were the Paramount movies removed from UF? Is the reason only due to current ongoing negotiations with Paramount for a better deal or something else?
We are renegotiating the Paramount contract.
>>3. When (what month) can we expect to see a significant adding of titles to UF?
You will see new titles every week.
>>Are the negotiations with the studios nearly completed?
They are ongoing and will be announced when completed.
>>4. Is it our plan to upload a few titles per week as in the past or will we have a mass loading of hundreds of new movie titles once the studio negotiations are completed?
New titles every week.
>>5. How many millions of shares have been added to the O/S as a result of dilution for the prior 30 days?
No shares have been issued in the past 30 days.
6>>. When can we really expect our NTGL share distribution?
That is not up to us, that is determined by NTGL. We don’t have an answer.
>>7. Are audited NTEK financials still planned for 2017?
We will spend the money on Audits when it makes sense. Right now spending $250,000 on audits makes no sense as it doesn’t do anything for the company.
