If the new CEO does some shareholder investigation concerning how many they hold(which he most likely already has been informed) NO RS is NECESSARY.
IMO there are one or two large holders that are selling-- others are willing to HOLD FOR HIGHER PRICES!
As we can see--one poster has over 300 mil--(IMO he holds much more).
Once- the seller(or sellers) are weeded out-- we move!
