why don't these things ever get off the ground?
The Kenya project looks like more of the same, with little chance of success.

It just feels like this entire industry is a fleece, without an end result in mind. Financed through renamed shells and public stock sales with zero intention of ROI to shareholders, loans that are never repaid, and well intended, sloppy municipality and government programs who don't have the expertise to evaluate truth from fantasy.
This company ceased all operations 3 and 1/2 years ago, but they'll still fleece shareholders if they can!
