So it looks like the toxics aren't going to let this thing run. There were over 450k shares for sale at 4 cents a few minutes ago. We'll just have to wait for the funding to pay them off.

SeD Bio has to be confident they can get the funds otherwise they wouldn't have signed the LOI and made it a contingency of the deal.
