I'm not worried. Let's assume the deal was finalized yesterday. A press release doesn't issue instantaneously. It takes crafting; the lawyers have to go over it with a fine-toothed comb. A 2-3 day lag time is entirely possible.

If the market dips, as it well may (people interpreting no news as bad news), I agree: It's a fine buying opportunity.
