The former leadership of SPCL has the right to appoint one person to the board of directors per the 8K so that could very well explain the "Solaris people". I'm on mobile at the moment, I would have to go back and look for it. I remember specifically researching this when the Nevada SoS was updated and did not find anyone with an obvious prior SPCL connection.
