Space-bound QDot Spectrometer:

Speaking of QDots & MIT; I wonder what becomes of Bawendis' continuing QD research now that their QDVision spin-off no longer exists ? I see that [former] QDVs' Seth Sullivan is still scheduled to speak at the upcoming QDForum , but is now an employee of Luminit. Luminit specializes in LED lighting effects for the mostpart, but shows some inclination toward dabbling in displays as well: http://www.luminitco.com/products/round-tip-display-film , which I suspect is why they hired Sullivan. I wonder if Seths' inside track to Bawendis' tech-backing comes as part of the package.
