You are correct. There's been a lot of scrambling and working overtime to save face (& stall for time) but there is no deal in the works & KJ knows it. They are beyond bankrupt and there are ex-employees suing them. Many quit without having been paid--and quit after months of zero pay, while KJ and Barbara J both were drawing substantial paychecks (though not claiming the earnings). This Co is a scam that started out as something else--back when there was some integrity to go around... but no more. The best contact number for KJ is (412) 841-3029. I've had great luck in reaching him, but not so much in terms of getting anything resembling a straight answer out of the guy. There are two lawsuits filed by former employees as of this date--and likely more to come. Deep in debt to their accountant & attorneys and others and still, nothing concrete on the horizon. Issues with Cameroon, dead deal forever with China (they got what they wanted), and a big scam contract mini-deal off & on in Arizona. Pathetic.
