I watched AND I listened. His speech, his policy proposals, are untethered to his own proposed tax cuts.
Now, how WILL we pay for what he proposed for Infrastructure, Defense and ACA 'fixes'?

And really, what would lead you to think that Trump was on top of the details about what he is proposing and what it will cost?
