True about KMAG. Nothing verified, and certainly nothing I can find anywhere that approaches what happened today with SRGE.

What a mess... Someone is in BIG trouble there. This was covered by SRGE, Kinros, Bloomberg and CNBC. Deep, shark infested waters that I will not play in.

I still think KMAG's issue involved a 3rd party. That is the only reason that I can't condemn SRGE.... yet. Tomorrow will be a telling day, imo.
