I get that the share structure is terrible, but so are 90% or the other mj plays. You do not have to have a reverse split in order to hit .01 with this share structure... but you will need it to support a level higher than .01. So imo .01 is the top of my sell point before I start worrying about a reverse split. This is of course... only my theory if I do not find DD saying otherwise. If I catch any wind of a reverse split... I am out until that settles. I hate being caught in reverse splits, rarely have they gone my way.
