I'm not too sure how those posts remain on that site? I guess it falls under freedom of speech? I did research the SEC site and it seems there is a clear connection between those written statements and attempts at downward manipulation. Whoever that person is, he seems outwardly brazen an bold enough to post possible criminal activity. If he's working the stock with trades in conjunction with those statements, I'd think he were breaking the law.

Then again, he also speaks about loading the boat in the low .02s. This individual seems to simply be ignorant and naive about SEC rules and regulations.
