Reason why most would be skeptical regarding the Shareholder meeting:
Last shareholder meeting they announced the Paramount Deal NTEK and crew
Immediately started diluting us into oblivion after the announcement!
Shareholders were also told at the time that a Reverse Split wasn't in the cards... and the exact opposite happened only months later!
They also promised audited financials beginning of 2016, which
Didn't happen!
NTGL shares were never received and were promised
They also heavily promised better transparency.... tick tock
The marketing was promised to kick into gear in 2016, that also never happened
And now we are lacking quality content more than ever!
NTEK needs to fix these communication errors and unkept promises that truly hurt the company and its shareholders ASAP!
