The company UniStrip Technologies, LLC seems to have a similar product to Pharmatech’s GenUltimate test strip. Why hasn’t Pharmatech sued Unistrip? Why has Pharmatech allowed them to sell this product free and clear? Doesn’t UniStrip hurt the Pharmatech brand? Also, why has UniStip not been halted from selling a product due to a 4 year lawsuit with Johnson & Johnson and Genstrip was?

Just curious becuase Unistrip seems to be mirroring the Pharmatech business plan. Their website has three more test strip products coming soon. I wonder if it’s something similar to GenChoice. I hope not.
