Aside from your tid bits and factual promotion of MCOA in which I agree with, I called the company last week with some questions strictly related to buying product via their website.

I left a vm, and received a very prompt call back, answering all my questions.

Note, all my questions were based on public info, I just needed some clarifications of things I felt misunderstood on my part.

The rep gave me a good feeling about the company..fwiw...
