In the medical field. The last 60 years of liberal policy has created its own base to draw from...it's called
"System players"
I once had a 50 year old patient. 3 Ph. D , never worked a day in his life was his bragging point. Welfare and government grants for writing papers on his grant projects. He was working on his 4th Ph.D...but then there are those that take other routes other than lifetime student.
