Growing up
Had migrant worker coming in for harvest time. 1. Kids were working in the fields. 2. They had expired plates vehicles 2. Had no insurance on vehicles. No health insurance. For the most part they were peaceful and no trouble. Farmers would have camps with cabins set up in the wooded areas on their farmers and that is where they woul live for 3-4 weeks. Out of sight out of mind.
Not so much in the north with construction, be causes of unions. However in the south a lot are day labor. Stand on a street corner and get paid cash.
Again for the most part a underground economy of cash and no taxes. So I find it hard that some say they add more than they take these days.
