Blacksheep, the pain has been felt by many, confusion, frustration and at time out right PO'ed at Hangover Joe's management.
Having set back really analyzed the summary judgment decision and lawyer withdrawal has really made me wonder why Hangover Joe's would go this route.
(JMO) The truth has been in front of us the whole time! Hangover Joe's strategy is to delay as long as possible while building it's brand (revenues). We see this occurring on many fronts with this company. Simply put, the longer it takes more revenue they will have when they file. In turn financially killing those responsible for harming Hangover Joe's. The longer we wait the more shorts will be required to paid. And they will pay dearly!
