It depends on the party who holds the shares. If it was a flipper, they would sell; if it was a long, they would maybe sell some profit, but hold the core the position; if it was the company, they would most likely retire the shares.
As you can see, its a posted hypothetical that depends on the party holding the shares. Based on the the 36m reconstruction timeline and strategy, I would think the company would return out the shares and get ready for next goal. Maybe there is some other items that we do not know about that need to be addressed. But, it is important to understand that uplisting is linked to the share structure, IMO. I trust the company though.
