With respect 2015, there may be delays, which is usually the case with new architecture, but I don't see procrastination. Looks to me like DF is carefully working through his to-do list, i.e., currently testing his Dolby sound up-grades as he posted earlier this week and platform up-grades.
Once he has his whole package working UF should be a real show case, which should attract some great entertainment venues.
