Very true Kanola! Treaty was prepared to go to trial, but the SEC was anxious to settle, so they proposed Treaty not admit or deny guilt. The SEC gets to save face somewhat and Treaty gets to put the whole matter behind them. There are no ill-gotten gains by Treaty and the fine will be small if anything at all. Treaty will release audits, secure a market maker and then begin trading on the OTC!
