Rocky Mountain High Brands, Inc. (RMHB) isn't involved in business that breaks any federal laws. Takes people a second look sometimes after their knee-jerk reaction to hot air from FEDs, but that's what's nice about that new ETF about to start up. No recreational MJ.
Anyhow, RMHB isn't exposed to fed crackdowns. All of their products are 100% legal by federal standards.
Anyhow, when they say "step up" enforcement, they really are just saying that any businesses or individuals that try to bend or diss the MJ laws of the state in which they operate, are going to get called on it by the watchful eyes of DEA/ATF agents.
The individual states may not be looking as hard as the feds since they'll be loving the revenue associated with MJ sales.
