the exciting thing is......
once this jerky gets exposure, more dealers,c-stores,consumers,and then big retail will want it.
meaning: I can't wait till we have 3-5 orders a months that size. Once we start getting multiple orders, this will ramp up quickly. Then add smaller pallet orders.They will add up too.
Also, don't discount the festivals. Lot of retail eyes out there and other dealer types who will add the line to their existing food/beverage lines or personal businesses. I believe the festivals will bear lots of new fruit.
