All MM action. If you look at the trades you'll see clearly after 5-6 ask hits, there was a small bid hit and the MMs would drop the ask to induce panic selling. Those with scared money bailed which is typical in the OTC. Perhaps it gave stronger holders a more solid position and hopefully stronger hands will hold for a longer period for greater gains.
