Not that difficult. Lay foundation then use pre pored sections install wire on top and motion detectors. Guard tower every 3 miles 500 towers 3 shifts 1500 guards needed. Think Trump said 5000 new guards. Border secure. Beef up coast guard on the east and west coast of the wall. Could even apply satellites technology on the north and south border.
