10:48 AM EST, 12/26/2012 (MidnightTrader) -- Rite Aid (RAD) is up after Seeking Alpha published an article saying that the company may be in a turnaround after making a profit last quarter to the surprise of analysts.
The story noted one of the biggest reasons for the increase in gross profit was due to stronger generic drug offerings.
Shares of RAD are up 6.9% to $1.40, within a 52-week range of $0.95 - $2.12.
