I have no doubt the sec is going to lose this case. When a juror sees that the SEC would not answer the most basic question about what the main defendant did to disobey the law , the defendants will walk. Couple that with the 15 or so cases brought upon the defendants ,most if not all lost , it's over for the SEC,
