The new years note to the shareholders conveyed few things:
1) the objective is to increase dealer ships and in turn sales
2) fight kbm till the end
3) work on increasing revenues in mean time
4) work on the filings after the case is left behind
So, as of now, I personally would consider my investment gone. Will wait till end of 2017 to see how far they have come. Until then, its just not worth hoping or expecting anything.
