Rock Tenn did a feasibility study for one of their northern mills. That location has 2 burners for their operations. Each burner consumes close to 750,000 gallons of diesel fuel to operate that particular mill. Since RKT has 1st refusal rights to the fuel, I doubt they will transport it anywhere except to themselves.
