There was a time when I would have agreed that a PR would have made my day, believing that any PR would be good news.
Now, it seems obvious to me that the $million has not been received or there would have been a PR and a SP break out by now. It could happen any day though. In the mean time, I would rather hear nothing than for GC to release a BS PR filled with forward looking statements. Those kinds of PR's are a waste of time and money. I believe each PR costs over a grand to release.
