MUSE doesn't determine whether you have shares or not. IR advised that you are not on the certificate list.
Also, just an fyi, anyone that misrepresents IR can forget about getting into the ARC - whether you have shares or not.
I also found that the IR no longer handles this - Currency Talk does.
