You're right, I am completely lost. That is not what the motion said? The motion said HJOE did not return emails. The motion said that they didn't pay the attorney fees. The motion said (according to the attorney) that they had no intention of paying the fee. Is the motion wrong? Should we not believe what is in print, right before our eyes, black and white, for public consumption?

I'm completely and totally confused as to what they're doing and if they are doing some clandestine operation, it doesn't look encouraging to the real SH who supported them and are sitting on zeros in their accounts.

Makes no sense to me and I'm a pretty sensible and non-gullible guy.
