Clown lawyer Henry Klein is also a great source of laughs... The SEC says they will file a motion for summery judgment by March 14th. Henry Klein is the lawyer for 3 of the gang of cons. Klein's responses should be quite entertaining, and quite ridiculous. Many examples already on PACER.
