You can't trade unless you become SEC compliant. A delisted company first has to file all backlog financials, then the SEC ratios must be compliant. There can also be no evidence of impropriety regarding the sale of stock (especially during the delisted period).

Then, in order for the stock to gain value, HJOE has to make unattainable profits. I wish them luck, but I don't see it happening.
