It took 60 days plus a few weeks to get some kind of letter that they in turn give the OTC to upgrade them. It is that letter that took that short amount of time once the OTC received it.
I could not find where it said 60 days on google for an OTCPINK to an OTCQB upgrade but that was the case with RHMB to get approved by the SEC. Then right when I checked to see the change, they announced they were approved and it would be a few weeks to get that letter.
I only have this one experience to go off of and it was pretty recent. But like I stated earlier I would be the first to jump for joy if I was wrong.
I'm sure if you sent an email to the company they would respond. The only reason I know the "60 day" time from was from RMHB telling us in PRs.
