The email in Exhibit D is pretty cut and dry- HJOE owes money, and they haven't paid since June 2016. Now the (former) law group will sue (or take HJOE to collections, or whatever). Furthermore, HJOE has no representation for the upcoming hearing in 2 weeks, nor representation for re-filing the stock.
I like their shots, their jerky, and the whole concept. And still do. But now, all of my optimism regarding this stock has faded, and I'm finally realizing that my investment is gone. Here's hoping for a miracle, and for the strength to never invest in another OTC stock again.
