That's why I was asking if RMHB had a prior 8K for OTCQB certification. I couldn't find one.
What I'm wondering is on average how long after the 8K OTCQB certification is filed does stock trade on OTCQB? It took RMHB 5 days to trade on QB. It will be 6 days tomorrow for BMXC
The only step after filing the 8K is pay the annual fee
