I agree how does he know what the SEC would or would not want to do? That's a very interesting and telling thing if the SEC communicating this to a private individual. I've actually called the SEC many years ago about another company and all they would tell is that the company was under investigation but could not give any deals about the investigation. That would give a lot of vitality to what has been said many times that TDBOWIEKNIFE has been spoon feeding the junior SEC person in the Fort Worth office lies.
