I'll have to disagree with you on that one. If you do some research on twitters you will see that from their s1 filing to the IPO, the process happened over a few weeks. Now, I do realize I am using a company that has a reputation and comparing it with one that has yet to do anything except sell a shit load of shares to sucker investors.
