That's something Henry Klein is working on settleing with the SEC.
I don't know alot about the procedure. The Gov't for the past 8 years or so have been really laxed in enforcing the laws.
Treaty is under heavy attack again and investors have to stand up and fight back. Unless we do ntohing will change.
