RUSSIANTRADERS cost per share was about $ .038. After the Belize annoucement it spiked to $ .13 cents before beginning to fall.
I think he probably held on to them until TDBOWIEKNIFE convinvced him to sell than at that time short the stock.
And BTW, there was no PUMP and DUMP. The SEC has even confirmed that. there was no FRAUD. There will be no criminal trial nor abettors being charged.
