Actually, Jerry had referenced $2/share to uplist to the NYSE on what we used to refer to as the AMEX. There are other variables that effect the requirements, but the one time I heard or saw him personally speak of the uplist (I think it was in an interview) it was $2. If the rate of revenue growth surprises them to the upside we could see it sooner rather than later and with minimal or even no structural adjustments to qualify. Either way we now know it will happen, so it's now just trying not to go nuts while we wait for it.
